What you get…

The price of the charity travel program per person is 3 300 EUR, including: 
*  Personalized Travel Journal / Maps & Gift box
*  Meet & Greet at Windhoek International Airport
*  Your donation of 175 EUR to cover quarterly tuition fee of one student at
    MYO
*  Accommodation (7 nights) in a double/twin room (additional payment for
    single occupancy is 350 EUR):

Windhoek Country Club

*  Meals and drinks as specified in the itinerary
*  Scheduled transfers as specified in the itinerary

*  4x4 Toyota Double Cab rental for the trip,including fuel. (Pricing is linked
    to fuel prices and is based on current rates. We
    reserve the right to charge a fuel levy should the price of fuel increase.)
*  Emergency medical evacuation and park entrance fees

*  Local and international flights, airport taxes
*  Gratuities and all items of a personal nature
*  Meals and drinks not specified above
*  Premium branded drinks, champagne, cognacs, cellar wines, cigars and 
    cigarettes

Flights recommended in partnership with Air Namibia:

Departing on 29.10.2010
at 21:40 from Frankfurt to Windhoek, arrival on 30.10.2010 at 07:40.
Return flight departing on 06.11.2010
at 21:15 from Windhoek to Frankfurt, arrival on 07.11.2010 at 06:10.

Air Namibia office will help you with finding a suitable flight from your home country to Frankfurt.

Cancellation policy
In the event of cancellation of the trip, the following applies:
*  5% of the total cost of the trip is a non-refundable deposit and will be
    forfeited.
*  More than 90 days notice: 5% of non-refundable deposit forfeited; the
    remaining deposit will be refunded to the client
*  Less than 90 days notice: 50% deposit will be refunded to the client
*  Less than 45 days notice: 100% of the total cost of the trip will be forfeited.

Payment terms
*  Upon registration a deposit of 20% of the price of the trip, the remaining
    balance
    will be paid in parts: 30% 90 days prior to departure; 50% 45 days prior to
    departure.
    will be paid by the client, out of which 5% of the price of the trip is
    non-refundable.
*  Upon registration less than 90 days prior to departure, 50% of the price of
    the trip will be paid.
*  Upon registration less than 45 days prior to departure, full price of the trip
    will be paid.
*  Additional services will be paid separately.
